The school is managed by a three level organization comprising of

1. Board of Directors for Indian Schools in Oman,
2. School Management Committee,
3. School Administration.

Dr. Baby Sam Saamuel is the Chairman of Board of Directors,  Dr. Syed Ahsan Jamil is the Acting President of the School Management Committee and Mr. Deepak Patankar is the Principal. There are twelve members in the School Management committee including the Principal.

Dr. Syed Ahsan Jamil has over 18 years of experience as an academician, consultant and trainer and had worked with various academic institutions of repute. He has an MBA and PhD in the area of financial strategy from University of Lucknow, India. As a professor of finance he has been associated with some of the leading universities and institutions- Indian Institute of information Technology (IIIT), Indian Institute of management (IIM), Indian institute of finance, etc., He has to his credit a number of researches published in international journals. Presently, he is the dean of the college of commerce and business administration in Dhofar University, Oman. Mr.Sanjeev Kumar Singh withover 28 years of affluent experience with banking, holding various posts as Relationship Manager,Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager is procedure-oriented and methodical in approach and well versed in acquiring, converting, retaining and managing large corporate clients. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management. His interest and dedication towards work took roots in him at a very young age. Presently he heads the Salalah unit in Wholesale Banking in Oman's second largest bank, Bank Dhofar since 2012.He was also associated with the largest Bank in Oman Bank Muscat as a Relationship Manager (corporate banking) and State Bank of India , the largest bankin India. Mr.Sanjeev Singh has rendered his valuable services to the armed forces as well, holding the position of Assistant Commandant in Central Reserve police force and working in the Indian Air Force too. Presently he is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Dual Specialization in Finance& Marketing) from Institute of Management &Technology.Mr.Sanjeev joined the School Management Committee on 27 April 2017. Mr. Jose Chacko Lecturer in College of Applied Sciences has a long term teaching, educational training and administrative experience in the Middle east. He holds a degree in Education and post-graduation in English Language and Literature with Linguistics as optional. Cambridge CELTA adds on to his teaching credentials. During his 24 years of teaching, training and presentations, he has worked with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan , VK Krishnamenon College in India , Ministry of Education in Oman, King Saud University in Saudi Arabia along with Bell International Cambridge. At present, he is entrusted with the responsibility of Coordinator of Foundation Year Program, Ministry of Higher Education, Salalah. Cultural and social activities of the Indian Diaspora in Salalah are also a part of his interest. Dr Ambu Suresh is a Specialist Endodontist by profession since 15 years now. He completed his BDS & MDS from the very reputable Dr MGR MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI , Tamilnadu , India. His Practice is mainly limited to microscopic &microsurgical Endodontics at present. Currently working in Al Zahir medical complex , salalah.He is a proud life time member of the Indian Endodontic Society ( IES NO :AA71) & an active member of the British Endodontic Society ( BES membership NO : 3373) . He has also been a CDE convener for the  Indian Dental association and is actively involved in academics as a post graduate guide. He has also Presented several international and national level papers, posters and  published  papers in international journals. other than his professional achievements he has also been active in various social groups and organisations.
